Orient Plast cooperates with customers and suppliers to lead quality standards for packaging in accordance with international specifications.


We believe that product value is strongly associated with it's quality. We permanently aim to enhance our products quality and improve our standards and testing equipment as well as develop our team knowledge

Quality processes chart

1. Identify product specifications

Communicating with customers and determining their requirements. Receiving the purchase order from the client and making a job order. Samples may be tested by client for final confirmation.

2. Operations and planning management

Coordinating with operating and purchasing departments to provide raw materials and start production operations.

3. Quality inspection of raw materials

Quality inspection of raw materials through the specifications of the raw materials and the examination plan and ensures the health requirements for the imports with the quality certificate and the conformity of the attached raw materials and COA.

4. Storage in warehouse

Implementation and follow-up of health requirements for stores.

5. Production phase(s)

Checking quality and conforming to customer specifications through laboratory tests and a final product inspection plan. Quality examinations occur separately at each prodution phase.

6. Inline and laboratory quality inspection

Implementing production instructions for each stage, verifying the application of GMP, and reviewing daily production reports.

7. Inline and laboratory quality inspection

Inline quality tests are performed at start of production and during each production phase continuously according to examination plans. All tests are subject to final confirmation by lab tests.

8. Packaging and labeling of final product

Packing and palletizing of final products according to client's specification. Labelling each product to identify job number, production date, batch number, and production and quality personnel.

9. Storage in final product warehouse

Follow the instructions for storing and separating the different types. Implementation and follow-up of health requirements and implementation of shipping and loading plans.

10. Shipping to client's warehouse

Inspecting quality prior to shipping and ensuring compliance with the specifications and health conditions, attaching COA and FDA when needed. Examine shipping trucks or containers to ensure that they comply with health conditions and apply shipping and handling instructions.
